ith all the Holiday foods tempting us at this time of year, it can be very hard to stay at a healthy weight. I am usually cautious of what I put in my mouth, but then all bets are off from Thanksgiving through New Year's Day. You can try to use your best will power, but with all the parties at work and family gatherings there is no way I can pass up all those goodies. I know I will be faced with fattening appetizers made of cheeses and loads of carb filled crackers. And besides, who can ignore a huge plate of Grandma's buttery sugar cookies loaded with icing and calories galore?
There is however ways to control our appetite. I have learned a few tricks to stave off those extra pounds during the season and actually works for those Spring binges too. On the days I am not attending parties, I make sure I load up on fresh fruits and vegetables and eat smaller meals. I also found that if I take a diet pill, it really seems to help curb my cravings.
