I don't know about anyone else, but when it comes to winter time for me, I just want to hibernate in my house and sleep the whole winter away. It's the cold weather and the nasty gloomy days that really just make me want to hide away. I'm naturally a "sun" person - I like 100 degree weather way better than 10 degree weather! Lastly, if possible, try to get normal hours of sleep. You should essentially get about 5-7 hours of sleep every single night depending on your age!
