I’m usually skeptical about most diet techniques.I’ve had such let-downs with other diet fads and trends before that I started to think that nothing really worked. I understand there’s no miracle cure to burn body fat fast, but I was doing everything someone who wants to loose weight should do. I drastically altered my diet (which was no small feat), got up at 5:30 every morning to go to the gym before work, and set aside 30 minutes a night to do some yoga. I should’ve started seeing results right? Wrong. I mean, I lost a little weight, and I was excited and couldn’t wait to see what kind of future results my persistence and dedicated would give me.
But after two months of my super strict routine, I plateaued. I didn’t gain any weight, but I wasn’t losing any either. I was beyond annoyed. What was all this hard work for if it wasn’t even doing anything? I was one step away from taking out my frustrations out on a Chinese buffet, when my friend suggested that I look into all natural diet pills.
