Acai Berry and Mango Smoothie
Pour 2 ice cream scoops of Acai Roots into a blender.
Add 1/2 cup of Apple juice or Soy milk and 3 ice
cream scoops of frozen mangos (you can use fresh as
well). Blend until smooth and serve topped with granola
and fresh mango slices. You can decorate with other
fruit on top such as strawberries, blueberries and some
honey on top.
